We have used this product in many recipes that required Evaporated Milk and it worked perfectly. It has an excellent taste and texture. It is very creamy, has less fat than Cream, and cooks perfectly. It is an excellent price and we love the pull tab on the top of the tin that allows you to just pour the product easily once you have removed it. It is extremely convenient and innovative!
