these are great to grab for those busy nights when you still want to eat well but don’t have the time to prep and clean up the full process. reasonably priced for the convenience and accessibility that it offers. I’ve never had a bag that hasn’t tasted as fresh as what you would by uncut.

these are so handy. only recently discovered them at Coles, but i might just be late to the game. so cheap, and so easy to just zap in the microwave. and they taste delicious!

I bought these Kitchen Broccoli Florets from Coles as they were reduced to clear and I have frozen them to use in stir fries and other dishes. I like the taste of broccoli but I don’t much like cutting it up, so this will be handy to have in the freezer.

Because boiling the broccoli florets tends to remove a lot of the nutrients I like to steam them in a pressure cooker with very little water as cooking in this manner helps to retain its vitamins and minerals. I also use the remaining water to add to soups and stews. The packs of Broccoli Florets are reasonably priced and are very handy as they can also be microwaved.
