I like the light greek yogurt as i use it as a light meal or to make drinks. Although it is greek style yogurt and not as good a greek yogurt nutrition wise, it is easier and less sour to eat. The price is also reasonable so I will continue to buy it.

this yogurt is so good and so cheap! if you have opened it and feel like you wont use it all before it has to be eaten - google yogurt and flour bread recipe! two ingredients and tastes great! works well with GF flour too!
