The texture is creamy and thick. I usually eat it for breakfast together with some berries. It always keep me full until afternoon, which is suitable for me where I am on diet now. I picked this because it is at low sugar level, provides me high calcium, and priced lower than other brand.

it was extremely sour and tart much more than the original Greek yogurt from this company. I personally didn’t enjoy it but if you like sour go for it.
