We always buy this Lite yogurt. it tastes less creamy than regular ones but much more healthy, in fact good taste, perfect adding fruits like frozen blueberries.

This Coles brand Light Greek Style Yoghurt is creamy and delicious. I like that it has a 4.5 star health rating, has 78 percent reduced far, and no added sugar. It also has no artificial colours or flavours, which is great, and is made in Australia from mostly Australian ingredients. This yoghurt tastes great with fruit, cereal, Muesli, or blended up in smoothies. I also like that at under 5 dollars a tub, this yoghurt is one of the more affordable yoghurt in the supermarket. Healthy, delicious, versatile and affordable, this yoghurt is a great buy. 5 Stars!
