Light Greek yoghurt tastes good - creamy and light. Ot is not as thick as some full fat yogurt varieties, but I prefer this product (it can always be strained to thicken it, and even make labne).It is low in calories so is ideal for a snack as well as in substantial dishes. It is such a versatile product. I use it in cooking, baking and in salad dressings and desserts. Most recently I’m using it to make yoghurt panacota, combining the yoghurt with jelly. It is also well priced.
