Review of Coles Light Greek Style Yoghurt 1kg

Price drew me to this yoghurt a try last week for a quick light breakfast option. With few ingredients and free from thickeners, sweeteners and flavourings. I like the texture, it’s thick and very creamy due to the high level fat content. Tastes is fine with no noticeable smell. Pros: inexpensive and good value: decent protein level: high in calcium: no additives. Cons: no details on probiotics strains if that is of interest.
