Light ricotta is smooth and mild tasting. It is really versatile - can be used in pasta, added to baked recipes and using as a spread, for sweet or savory. I can’t tell the difference in taste between light and regular ricotta, and the lower fat content means fewer calories.

Fresh and creamy and purchased to use in a pasta sauce. Would also be good in spinach based dishes. Great price point and made in Australia too!

Lovely tasting ricotta. I mixed it with eggs and veggies, on top of a wrap, and baked in the oven. Delicious !
