My mother really likes Coles lite milk. I make coffee for her with this or the long life lite milk. Gives a really nice texture.

This Coles Lite Milk is creamy, high in flavour but low in fat. I like that this product has a 5 star health rating, and that the milk is sourced from Australian dairy farms, so you know its good quality. I also like that this milk is creamy and flavoursome, still has high protein and calcium, but reduced fat. A healthy option, but also tasty, this milk tastes great in tea, coffee, hot chocolate or on cereal. Yummy, nutritious, and versatile. 5 stars!

1 L milk bottle this milk I usually buy as it’s the cheapest one going. Some of the milks are getting so expensive. This one is around $1.85. I think compared to some of the other others it’s a bargain and it just tastes as good.

good choice of milk and is readily available when in store. it is also an affordable milk compared to other brands, but, it is not as full flavour as the others so not the greatest milk for a straight glass of milk

1 Litre of Lite Milk tastes like milk $1.65 from Cole’s has a screw top lid for reuse. Drink it as is or add to your cereal or favourite smoothie for a great calcium boost
