The Coles 2‑pack pizza bases are really handy — the thin & crispy version (for example) gets nicely golden and crunchy, even under a heavier load of toppings. They have a fairly neutral flavour, making them versatile for anything from Margherita to loaded meat or veggie pizzas, and they feel like a good balance between “just dough” and something that holds up well.
