We usually buy this Colby cheese block from Coles as it is delicious and melts really well in toasted sandwiches, grated on pasta and in other dishes.

With the never ending price increases on cheese this has been a great alternative to typical brand named cheese I’ve brought in the past. I personally can comment there there isn’t much flavour difference between brand name and coles brand. Perfect melt. 5/5

We usually buy this Coles Colby cheese as it is delicious and melts really well in toasted sandwiches and other dishes. We usually also buy it on special for $10 for the 1kg block.
