Very helpful drink when feeling dehydrated. I like this flavour because it is not overly sweet, nor is it so delicious that you want to drink it all in one gulp. Great flavour to sip on slowly throughout the day. The bottle is easy to hold and the twist cap lid means you can drink it at your own pace.
