To me, this is the OG of sports drinks. It’s refreshing and hydrating especially after a heavy workout. It has that fake orange flavour but still taste great.

I bought this Orange Gatorade Electrolyte Sports Drink as they were half price and I like the flavour. For health reasons l often feel very dehydrated, so I was looking for something that is sugar free but helps replenish me, but I accidentally picked up the non-sugar free version. It’s nice but not so good for my blood glucose levels.

orange ice Gatorade is very nice for hydration and replenishment, also it replace all what a body loses in the sweat

orange ice flavour, after exercise it feels so satisfying drinking it. it has high in sugar so just once a day.

One of the flavours I have on rotation in the electrolyte drinks range, the orange is your standard orange flavour that you get in these drink making it easy enough to drink when you need to rehydrate
