Taste like orange cordial. You can decide if that’s a good thing or bad. You get a good amount of Gatorade. Not sure if it is healthy for you.

This is not an every item we consume, however we buy it if one of us is sick to quickly rehydrate our systems. It is amazing how quickly it can pick you up and begin to reinvigorate you when you have a cold/flu or have had gastro etc. This products ability to quickly replace electrolytes is brilliant when you are sick and is a godsend. It is definitely our go to product when under the weather. The Orange flavour is very nice and refreshing and is not too over sweet. Great when it is very cold straight out of the fridge.

Orange flavour tastes perfectly for me I normally freeze mine and by the time lunch comes around it’s perfect and helps with the hard thirst
