This is not an every day or week item that we consume, however we buy it if one of us is sick to quickly rehydrate our systems. It is remarkable how quickly it can pick you up and begin to reinvigorate you when you have a cold/flu or have had gastro etc. This products ability to quickly replace electrolytes is brilliant when you are sick and is a godsend. It is definitely our go to product when under the weather. The Arctic Blitz flavour is very nice and refreshing and is not too over sweet. It has a berry like flavour and is a little minty and is refreshing. Great when it is very cold straight out of the fridge.
