Large, fresh eggs from free-range, happy chooks. Bright yellow yolks, not a cracked egg among them. These became mini-quiche today, and 4 left for breakfast tomorrow.

The shells are often quite hard which makes them difficult to crack but the eggs are tasty - the yolk is rich in colour and flavour. I like that they are free range.

Sunny Queen free range eggs are the best eggs by far, these extra large are always consistent in size, which is exactly what you need when you're making pasta at home, consistency. The hen health is probably the best of any of the free-range eggs with only 1,500 hens per hectare which allows for. I think it is six or nine square meters per hen which is better than any others on the market

long shelves life! taste better though a bit pricey. true to its size. and also healthier than the cage type egg.
