Good amount of yeast for the price! It also has ascorbic acid to improve bread texture. Each pack has 46 servings(6g), so you can bake 46 loaves of bread with it.

Value pack of instant dried yeast. This is my second pack. Lasts for months in the fridge. Good quality yeast for focaccia, pizza bread.
