these pitas are tasty and a good thickness - not too thick or thin. they crisp up moderately well when heated in the pan with a dash of olive oil but don’t always heat consistently.

soft delicious pita not dense and is vegan friendly which is great also. amazing w lamb or chicken. or chips even haloumi souvlaki or dips alone a family favourite that is affordable and traditional tasting especially the fluffiness even after its heated
