does come into the shop frozen i believe but that does not take away the great taste of this pita bread. you can only buy this bread at coles. it comes in white and wholemeal pita. i like the both. they are great to make pizzas with but if you cut them up spray with cooking spray and put into the oven they make a great dipping cracker. it has no additives or preservitives 98% fat free and vegan friendly as well. there are 8 in a packet to good value also
