A freezer staple in our household. You might think its a bit strange to freeze them, but trust me- they last longer and also defrost perfectly with a little oil in the pan for 15sec each side. Great as souvlaki wraps, pizzas or just a wrap.

awesome soft and fluffy pita, make a yummy turkish kebab, or even it an Italian pizza. stick anything in the middle and make a sandwich, very good Pita.

Always have these pita on hand. Great as a side an fried and cut up in triangles. Have even fried to make fattoush salad. Freezes well, and available for an instant pan toast to eat and enjoy souvlakia, pizzas or as a wrap.

These are my go to product for making home made pizza. They go well as a pizza base and keep well frozen in the freezer until required.
