Gold Medal Snacks Pork krackles is a popular snack as a alternative to traditional chips as these are low carb. Pork Rind is use to make this product pork krackles. They are high in protein and contains no sugar making a great snach for me . My wife adds the pork krackles to her salad for extra crunch,flavour and protein.They are great to nibble on with a cold drink.
