It was a great buy. We got it for half price for $11, and I definitely recommend getting it because it's great. It doesn't taste yucky, and that's a great thing, but the capsule is fat and huge, which is a bit troublesome for people that have issues swallowing big tablets. Other than that, this would be right again or better.

These are my go to multivitamin . They were half price at Woolworths which was a bonus . I like they are targeted for just women,it makes me feel we are getting the right nutrients for what our body needs . I feel they are a trusted brand . These tablets are a medium size , they could be a little smaller for easier swallowing but this doesn’t bother me . I like the fact they don’t have a bad aftertaste and you only need to take once a day . it’s easy to fit into my routine when I feel my diet needs a little extra .

These are my go to multivitamins especially when I feel run down etc. They have everything I need and I always start feeling a lot better after taking them fir a few weeks. They also help with things since being put on insulin and my body adjusting to medication etc. no crazy awful smell like some vitamins either

recommended by my dietician because it is a once a day tablet . it also has enough dose to meet rdi on a crash diet
