Great value vitamin doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Easily available in local pharmacy and online. Got mine from Amazon. Fast delivery and pill size is normal. Not too big to swallow. No strange smell and good simple bottle no fancy packaging. Good for everyday maintenance 👏 would recommend

Really great simple all purpose multi vitamin for adults, you get 100 tablets and you just take one at the same time everyday, they're only supplements and not nutritional food replacement. Quite good, very expensive these days but if you can find them around $10 dollars on special it's worth it.
