Valcom is our favourite red curry paste, and we usually have a jar in the cupboard or the fridge. It is easy to use and has an authentic and tasty flavour.

very easy to use and makes quite a nice curry. I don't really bother with recipes but you just need to mix it in to what you're cooking and it's pretty good.
