I haven't bought these in a while, and the first thing I noticed was the reduced size, and the texture. Really sad about this one, used to be my favourite, go to, brand for making rice paper rolls. really gluggy texture, slimy and hard to roll up!

it is nice to wrapped up to make a spring roll, sometimes put some ingredients with make it gathering which may too much messy stuff. some different arrange meals with it instead of using dumplings skin. it will be good if they sell it quarter of the size one too.

great rice paper Vietnamese roles, they are fried already so you get a bit of a kick out of them, you need to dip them in warm water before putting your ingredients inside folding them over and rolling them up to serve, they are literally as good as the ingredients you put in them.
