Nice shiitake mushroom from Jade Phoenix. It is a dried one so it can be kept for a long period of time (if unopened), so it is a great stock up item in your kitchen. The dried shiitake mushroom’s flavor is much richer than the fresh ones, so it is a popular choice for most asian dishes. Simply soak it in water for a few hours then it is ready to cook. Highly recommended it.

They are great for Chinese soup and stew. Chopped them into pieces for dumpling filling to enhanced flavour

great addition to a laksa :) but be sure to either soak overnight or cook in a slow cooker. They need their moisture!
