Excelent Chinese cooking wine for cooking Chinese food. Particularly Helps to flavour stir fries and when slow cooking beef or pork. Good value large bottle of 640ml.

Nice cooking wine from Double Phoenix. This Shao Xing wine is an essential cooking wine for Cantonese dishes. It enhances tge flavor of meats and veggies. Price is relatively cheaper than other cooking wine like sake.

Nice cooking wine from Double Phoenix. It is shao xing wine that suitable for most Chinese dishes. I like to add it in most of the stir fry dishes, which can enhance the flavor a lot. Price is very affordable too.

this cooking wine is so authentic and i like putting this into hotpot as the smell of the soup will be much better. sometimes, I would also add some cokking wine jnto stir-fried pork.
