Nice fish balls from Hanabi. It is made from surimi fish which gives a more chewy texture from normal fish balls. I like to add it to my noodle soup. Price is affordable too.

I really like the quality of this product. It is something I add when I am making noodle soup. The fish ball is tender and feel pretty premium.

Made specifically for hot pot but you can cook and eat them in soup, fried and with rice or noodles. Or, on their own. Don't let the name put you off. These yummy balls made from processed fish (meat) or succulent and juicy - innuendo not intended.
