A must-have for cooking. It gives a tangy flavor and I like adding it to stir-fries. You can also use it as a substitute for mirin with a bit of sugar.

Nice cooking sake from Obento. It is perfect for most Japanese dishes like sukiyaki or miso soup. $3.x for 250ml is a bit expensive tho. It is worthy to wait for special price from Woolies (down to $2.8).

Nice cooking sake from Obento. It is perfect for Japanese dishes like sukiyaki or udon soup. It helps to enhance the flavor of meats. Price is affordable too (I bought it with price special $2.x from woolies).
