for those of yoi who have an i tolerance to dairy products this is THE best alternative for a toast or sandwich spread. I really like the flavour of the olive spread and for some reason I feel likebits a healthier choice.

I really like using Nutteoex instead of butter. this one is especially good because it has olive oil in it. I use for everything instead of butter. good on potatoes in the oven. dairy and lactose free.
