this sacs brand rock salt is the best! it has added iodine added to make it more nutritious for you just in case you’re deficient in it. the amount the give you is really generous and the price tag is super affordable. definitely recommend if you have anything to salt with!

i love this salt as it has added iodine so you can supplement that as well. comes as little rocks so you can put into your salt shaker as well which is a great perk. taste is top quality as well

Iodised salt is better for health and I refill my salt grinders with this salt now. Iodine is especially important for pregnant women and kids because it affects brain growth.

I buy saxa rock salt is very affordable I think it is from the Seas of Australia and I buy the iodized one I highly recommend saxa if you want to grind your salt
