The most essential item in my kitchen. Food tastes bland without it. Also used as natural preservative, germs killer as bacteria can't multiply in brine salt solution. Definitely a survival item as the human body needs salt as part of their diet. This 2kg salt keeps forever and was derived from the seas in Australia.
