I recently tried Jalna Lactose Free Yogurt and it’s honestly one of the best lactose-free yogurts I’ve had. The texture is thick, creamy, and really close to regular Greek yogurt, which can be hard to find in lactose-free options. The flavour is mild and not overly sweet, so it works great both on its own and with fruit, honey, or granola. It’s also easy on the stomach, which is a big plus if you’re lactose sensitive but still love yogurt. I like that it feels natural and not overly processed, and the quality is consistent. Definitely a great option if you want a creamy yogurt without the lactose. I’ll be buying this again!

Thick, creamy, and easy on the stomach. You wouldn’t know it’s lactose free from the taste. Great on its own or with fruit and granola.

This is a great dairy free substitute. The yoghurt is thick and creamy. Sweet enough to enjoy with cereal and fruit but subdued enough to work with savoury foods as well. A good buy.
