the dawn of pot set Greek yoghurt, Jalna has a few copycats, which to be honest I buy and are quite nice, but this is the Gold standard, the curds in the way keeps separated for a bit, it's so beautiful when you first open it and it's set in the pot all hard and you make the first spoon dent out of it, I have it with my morning cereal, throughout the day with blueberries and strawberries. and also I like a big dollop on my curry.

I've had to switch to buying the mega size tubs from Costco, because my partner and I go through the 2kg tubs way too fast! my choice of yoghurt because it has a low amount of carbs. I mix with berries and Monday keto granola for breakfast to make my favourite meal of the day !
