An old favourite it has been around for years, but the formula used to not mix well and was set rock hard, that’s all changed now, with good mix ability this is an excellent drink to keep your fluids up, the flavour is pretty good too. I have the flu and needed to keep my fluids up and Powerade wasn’t cutting it, so I have gone to the old faithful Australian staminade and it’s keeping me going.
