The mild mint flavor is refreshing but not overpowering. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without the harsh aftertaste some mouthwashes have and with the toxic chemical and is an oxygenated powered mouthwash The only downside is that it can be a bit more expensive compared to standard mouthwashes evan when on special
