We have rediscovered this bread, as a good option over heavier breads. Especially good for toasted BLT club sandwiches, lunchbox sandwiches, toasties, and high tea cream cheese and cucumber squares as it stays fluffy and light even after refrigeration.

This is a family favourite Country Split white Bread, it tastes a little different to some other Breads. But I would really like a little more sesame seeds on the bread as there seems less on there these days..

I love this bread and so does my family. It’s perfect with butter and vegemite or honey and jam. The sesame seeds on the crust give it that extra taste of goodness.
