Nice pancake mix from Green’s. It is the fluffiest pancake mix I have ever had. It is much better than the Woolies/Coles/Aldi home brands, but the price is much higher tho (but the quality maies all the difference). Perfect to serve with butter and maple syrup.

I am trialling a few of these mixes and although this was tasty, they were harder to make and were sticking. Will purchase from time to time when on sale, but other varieties are better.
