Pancakes for us are usually a manual and time consuming process. This Green’s Pancake Mix makes it a whole lot easier. Just add water and shake for a minute and you are ready to cook. I will say that our pancakes made from scratch are a bit lighter and fluffier but if you don’t have the time for that, this mix is perfect. I love the great quality pancakes. This shake makes. They’re always so light and fluffy and it shakes better than some of the other cheaper brains so it doesn’t get as clumpy.
