Pancakes for us are usually a manual and time consuming process. This Green’s Pancake Mix makes it a whole lot easier. Just add water and shake for a minute and you are ready to cook. I will say that our pancakes made from scratch are a bit lighter and fluffier but if you don’t have the time for that, this mix is perfect.
