Better because it is thicker and does not leave a drying sensation afterwards. Began using this decades ago for its intended purpose - nappy rash - and it worked well - could clear up the beginnings of spots within a day. however the cream has become a must have for other uses. Has proved to be the best tried for dry peeling skin on fingers. other hand creams havent worked as well, soon drying out. Would not be without it.
