The product is made in Australia with milk, salt, cultures and non‑animal rennet, and contains no artificial colours or flavours.  Nutritionally it’s typical of a “tasty” cheddar slice—around 1700 kJ per 100 g, ~24 g protein per 100 g, ~34 g fat (of which saturated ~25 g) per 100 g and very low carbs (<1 g) per 100 g.  On the plus side, the flavour is full‑cheddar, the slices peel easily and the packaging means less fuss for portioning.
