would definitely recommend the menthatum ice gel. I find the ice pain relief products work better then the heat pain relief products :)

this chill works surprisingly well, especially if you have any inflammation as it takes it away perfect if you don’t have access to an ice pack or any other cooling device it’s a great price and I highly recommend

this works well if you cant ice sn injury. yes its not as good but its better than nothing. there is no weird smell and no limit on usage. i recommend this and its worth the money
