Toilet paper is a lot like Goldilocks and The Three Bears. Some papers are too thin,some are too rough. I have found..I Care Toilet Paper..to be Just Right..you can feel the softness. Nice toilet paper from Icare. I think their tooket paper is pretty decent, with 3-ply and soft texture. Not easy to break even after a bit wet. Price is affordable when there is a price special from woolies.

This is decent quality but most importantly it's cheap! especially when on special. It works as toilet paper should and comes wrapped in paper not plastic.
