demolished this in no time at all! 30g of protein but none of that horrible protein powder taste. not sure how they made it taste just like a regular chocolate milk. still a little high on calories- that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. would definitely have this one again. just one tip- make it super cold, tastes best that way
