This is my favourite branded milk, I always buy it first when it has a decent shelf life. It’s much more higher protein than normal milk (70% more at 15g per serve). It tastes just as great also, give it a try.

My husband loves this protein milk. He uses it in his smoothies and chocolate milks. We find it is frequently on sale too so it’s actually not too much more than normal milk.
