PURA Full Cream Milk is my go-to milk. It’s rich, creamy, and relatively nutritious milk coming from Australian dairy farms, it has all the usual suspects you’d expect in milk- eight essential nutrients like protein, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, potassium, and vitamins B2, B5, and B12. However, as a full cream milk, it is higher in saturated fat and calories than skim or low-fat alternatives, which may not suit you if you’re managing your fat intake or cholesterol levels. Overall a great milk to buy and when doing so you’re supporting Australian farmers.
