Nu-Lax fruit Laxative Block is a combination of 3 active medicinal ingredients: standardised senna leaf extract, figs and dates. Senna is a traditional laxative plant used to assist in the treatment of constipation. It brings gentle overnight relief stimulating bowel evacuation. Figs and dates provide a good dose of natural fibre for a sluggish digestive system or a diet with an inadequate fibre intake. tried all different brand of laxative. Nu-Lax is the best. Not only due to it taste....it is very effective for me. I take 10g at night. Then the day after I can go poo poo without any issues.

I bought this for my partner specifically .i seen it whilst working in aged care quite a few years ago .it is all natural fruit with some Sienna in it doesn’t really have a taste and is proving to be a hit .
