Some people find these too salty but I really like the flavour. Would say it’s best to hold back on adding salt/pepper but with sauce or other spices go ahead.

Great for a quick molid week meal. It's high in protein and serves 6 people. Has a golden crumb when cooked in the air fryer.

I bought this chicken breast in supermarket, it is a good size for one person but I think this a little bit salty. Overall if you just want some chicken and enough to feed yourself this is a good choice.
