These goujons are a regular in my freezer for busy nights. The chicken breast stays nice and juicy inside, and the breading has a great crunch without being too oily. They are much better quality than standard nuggets and feel like a more substantial meal. ​Pros: Real chicken breast meat, very quick to cook in an air fryer, and the seasoning is spot on. ​Cons: They are popular, so they can sometimes be out of stock during sales!
